The EBHS Girls Volleyball Team celebrated an emotional and exciting victory on Senior Night, defeating Woodbridge High School in just two sets. The game was not only about strong serves and kills, but also about honoring the seniors who have dedicated years to the program, giving all eight of them the opportunity to play together one more time.

“We beat Woodbridge in two sets, and it was really memorable to our seniors because they are a huge part of our team. We wanted to send them off with a huge win,” said junior varsity player Shipra Patil. The chemistry among players on and off the court has been a key factor in their performance this season.

As a result of shared experiences and team-building activities, the players have built trust and communication that translate directly into how they play. Varsity Assistant Coach Chup explained that the team’s win was a result of teamwork and diligence: “It was a huge win against Woodbridge on Senior Night. One of the main reasons we won was because of good communication and leadership,” he stated.

As the season begins to wrap up, the team wants to maintain their momentum and keep the energy high in their final games. With their strong bond and commitment to supporting one another, the EBHS Girls Volleyball Team sets a wonderful example of teamwork and school spirit both on and off the court.
