“Every day is a fashion show and the world is a runway,” said designer Marc Jacobs. Living up to that famous quote, this Victoria’s Secret Fashion show took place on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Steiner Studios in Brooklyn, New York City.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is a major annual fashion event where models walk the Runway wearing bold, stylish lingerie and accessories. The show has achieved significant success since its 1995 debut, becoming a major cultural event known for its spectacle, promotion, and celebrity performers, also known as Victoria’s Secret Angels.
The 2025 Creative Director was Adam Selman. Veteran models such as Adriana Lima, Gigi and Bella Hadid, and Alessandra Ambrosio appeared alongside newcomers like WNBA Chicago Sky player Angel Reese, who became the first pro athlete to walk the show. “Bringing back the huge wings and blowouts this year was monumental,” said sophomore Umaynah Islam. “It’s the true representation of the fashion show.”
The celebrities don’t stop at models. Curated music also heavily contributes to each year’s theme. This year's musical acts featured all women, including Missy Elliott, Karol G, and Madison Beer.
One Victoria’s Secret piece worn by TWICE’s Tzuyu went viral after her performance and has sold out in stores. “They’re great at marketing,” said senior Aahana Dalvi. “A lot of people only think of the show as models and dressing up, but Victoria’s Secret gets so much name recognition from it.”
With millions of streams, spectacular fashion, and modern culture, the 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show made a triumphant return. Whether viewers enjoyed new styles, music, or simply wanted to see something glamorous, it offered something for everyone and was worth a look.
